On-call schedules, escalations and paging, priced at cost.
Keep your monitoring tools: Shift speaks PagerDuty's Events API and Opsgenie's Alert API, so switching means a new hostname and a new key.
Invite-only beta
What it does
Alerts in
PagerDuty Events API v2 and v1, the Opsgenie Alert API, Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, Checkly, New Relic, Pulse, and any webhook with your own field mapping.
On call
Layered rotations in your time zone, with restrictions and overrides. Escalation policies up to 20 levels, with round robin.
Paging
Web push with Acknowledge and Resolve buttons; Slack, Teams, Discord, Mattermost, Telegram and ntfy; email; SMS and voice on your own Twilio or Telnyx account.
Your agent
An MCP server with API keys or OAuth, a REST API, and alert summaries on your own AI key.
At cost. Why pay more?
Metered prices set just above what Cloudflare charges us, plus card fees. No tiers, no annual contracts. Org admins see exactly where their money goes.
Bring your own bucket.
Point the app at your own S3-compatible bucket (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, GCS interop…) and bulk data lives there, on your bill, not ours.
Resolved alerts older than 30 days, one file per day, each alert with its timeline.
Your AI, not ours.
We sell no AI. Every app has an MCP server, API keys and OAuth so your agent (Claude or any other) can drive it, and any AI feature runs on your own provider key (BYOK).
